2026-2027 School Year Enrollment Requirements:
- Enrollment for the 26-27 school year begins 8/6/26 at noon. Forms received before that will NOT be accepted.
- Complete ALL pages of the Boys & Girls Club of the Heartland 2026-2027 School Year Membership Application.
- Past balances MUST be paid in full.
- Members will receive an email or phone call when your child is accepted into the BGC program.
- Once you receive email stating that you have been accepted into the afterschool program, you must pay your first monthly membership fee payment of $30.00 per child.(Do not pay the monthly membership until your receive the acceptance email.)
- Scholarships are available and encouraged by application only. Your child can come free of charge if the enrolling child is a foster child, you live in housing, or the child’s parent/guardian is in the military.
