On the Job Training
This is a two-part program that we provide through Workforce Development. First, we believe that seeing is believing, if a youth shows an interest in a certain career, we want to take him or her to see it in person firsthand. Second, our community is well aware that training is very essential, and we are working closely with our community to provide hands on training with an individual to become Certified and Career Ready in that field.
