Career Exploration
We have introduced a new Workforce Development Program which focuses on Job-Readiness and Career Preparation for teens. It provides fun and interactive activities for youth to explore a broad range of Career areas, match their interests and identify the skills and education needed for that particular Career Path. This gives the teen time to reflect if a College Education is best suited for them or a short-term Career Certificate is more their speed.
